Returns

All orders are sent out fully insured against loss or damage. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If you have any problems with all or part of your order, or are not happy with what you have received, just email us and we can arrange an exchange or refund on receipt of the returned items. Please include a contact telephone number in your email.

If you have any queries about any of our items, just email before ordering.

Please note that personalised and custom made items ( screen names, race numbers etc... ) are not covered by our general returns policy ( they are still covered against damage, loss or errors ) but if there is a problem with these items, please email us as we can generally sort something out.
